"Exchange went smoothly overall"
I had to exchange a pair of shoes because the size wasn’t quite right, and I was a little nervous about how the process would go. Thankfully, the return page was easy to use, which made me feel better right away. The new pair did take a few days longer than I was expecting, so I ended up emailing customer service just to make sure everything was still on track. They got back to me and reassured me, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience, I just wish exchanges were a bit faster...

"Pretty solid for a long day out"
I wore these on a longer hike than I probably should’ve done without breaking them in much, and overall they held up really well. The fit was comfortable, I didn’t get that heavy sweaty feeling I sometimes get with hiking shoes, and by the end of the day my feet still felt surprisingly cool. They seem to breathe really well.

"These shoes just keep going!!!"
I’m kind of shocked by how well my La Sportiva shoes have held up!!! I’ve taken them on a ton of hikes, through rough trails and all kinds of conditions, and they’re still going strong with no real issues!!! Definitely lasted way longer than I expected!!!

"Good repair, a bit of a wait"
I brought my boots in to get fixed and they did a solid job. I mean, they fixed them properly, it just took longer than I was expecting.

"Broke in fast"
These broke in quick. Like, I wore them a bit and they stopped feeling stiff way sooner than I expected. No long annoying break-in thing, they just kind of loosened up and felt good.

"Quick Support, Thankfully"
I had a question about my order and emailed them, expecting to sit around waiting forever like usual. But they actually got back to me the same day and sorted it out without making it a whole thing. I get impatient with slow customer service, so it was a relief dealing with a team that actually answers. Super easy experience, and I’d order again.

I really like that they put a focus on repairs instead of just replacing things. Feels like a step in the right direction. The packaging, though. Still more plastic than I’d want to see

"Showed up faster than expected"
I wasn’t really expecting it to arrive so quickly, but somehow it did, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was easy enough to follow, nothing weird or confusing there, and when the package got here everything was packed fine and in good shape. So yeah, no complaints at all.

"Good value, but still kinda pricey"
These shoes defintely aren’t cheap, but they’ve held up really well and feel worth the money. I’d probly give them 5 stars if the price was just a little lower.

I just got these they’re the best-fitting shoes I’ve tried lately. The sizing was right on, and they felt great as soon as I put them on. No weird break-in period or anything.

"Good packaging, but the torn box was annoying"
I ordered from lasportivausa.com and, to be fair, the packaging was decent. The shoes were in their regular box, then packed inside another box, and the shoes themselves showed up with no dents or damage. But come on, the outer box had a tear in it, and someone clearly wasn’t being careful with it. Whether that’s on the shipper or the carrier, it’s frustrating because it could’ve easily been worse. Nothing fancy packaging-wise, but it did the job. Took off one star because of the torn outer box.

"Easy order, just a little wait on shipping updates"
I ordered a pair of shoes from lasportivausa the site was easy to use. I found my size quickly, checkout was simple... no real hassle there. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shipping update took a couple of days to show up, so I was starting to wonder what was going on. But the package arrived fine, everything was correct, and the shoes were just what I ordered

"As someone who spends a lot…"
As someone who spends a lot of weekends scrambling around trails and rock, I was impressed with the TX4s. I wore them last month on wet rock and dusty sections, and the grip felt really dependable the whole time. No weird hot spots or rubbing for me, and the toe rubber definitely saved me a couple times when I bumped into rocks. Shipping was totally normal, nothing special but no issues, and the sizing chart ended up being accurate for my feet.

"Great grip on rough trails"
Picked up a pair for rocky trails and wet dirt, and the traction’s been really solid so far. Don’t feel like I’m slipping around like I did with my old shoes. Even on the steeper sections, the grip feels reliable. Shipping was fine too, no issues there.

I got these from La Sportiva USA and the lacing has been really easy to use so far. They tighten smoothly and stay in place on hikes, which is nice because I’m not stopping every few minutes to mess with them. No weird pressure spots or slipping loose either. I do wonder a little how well the lace system will hold up over time, but for now it’s been a simple thing that makes a big difference.

"Looks even better in person"
I mostly bought these for the style, but they look even better in person. The colors are clean without being too flashy, and the whole design feels really well thought out. Browsing the site was a smooth experience too, which made ordering easy. Overall, I’m really happy with them.
